What TRi Users Say

Visual Basic GUI Internet Monitoring & Control

You now know that the T100MD+ and MX+ Super PLCs can be remotely programmed, controlled and monitored via the Internet using the software we provide to you.  You also learnt that you can create custom user interface using the Java programming language.

But what if you need to create a special custom user interface (commonly known as Man-Machine Interface, or MMI) for connecting to the PLCs via Internet, but using the very popular Visual BASIC programming language?

One of our customers, Mr Bruce Scow has very kindly contributed a VB6 .DLL file to make connecting to the M-series PLC a breeze. He has also provided a very useful sample program (see picture below) to demonstrate the ease of using the DLL. We acknowledge and deeply appreciate his contribution.

To download the sample project and DLL, please click on the following link: TRIPLC_VB6DLL.zip

Please read the "Tri Plc Visual Basic dll Usage.htm" document included in the zip file for  installation instructions of the DLL as well as the sample VB6 program.
