Clock Speed on T100MD888

just curious.. how fast is the clock speed on the T100MD888, I.E. how times per second will a simple program loop run? I see in the software that there are "timer" options for .01, .1, .5 etc. seconds...is this a "true" speed, or does it depend on the amount of processing i do with each loop?
