Dear Triangle Research,
We currently use the E10-relay in our product as a power management device. The PLC input power is derived directly from a 24 Volt batteries located on a transit bus.
Here's our problem:
The PLC on some (not all) busses will "lock-up". The device is powered but will not run its program. The only remedy is to cycle the power on the plc. After cycling power, the plc functions as programmed.
We immediately thought the PLC was receiving a low voltage condition which we thought may "lock-up" the PLC. Is this a possibility? What else could cause this "lock-up" condition?
Thanks for the help,
Gene Hartmann
